SAN JOSE STATE UNIVERSITY HEALTH AND WELLNESS CENTER

SJSU health and wellness center-AKA San Jose State University student health and counseling facility-this project was design and built by Ratcliff Architects and Blach Construction. this project is a 3 story concrete metal building with a steel roof which is located in the heart of San Jose state university campus. this building is consist of exam rooms and counseling rooms for the students. fire sprinkler system for this project was designed and installed based on water pressure available on site without any fire pump. this system also has control valves at each floor as per multiple floor zoning system. standpipes were installed at each stairwells with applicable fire hose valves. this project was also inspected by the state fire marshal office.
