TESLA NORTH PAINT BUILDING

Tesla North Paint Building – 310000 sq.ft. new car paint line in an existing building. All areas included new paint booths, multi-level heating ovens, wet sanding booths, body repair areas and a full emersion bath systems, all on a complex platform & conveyor system. This complex building required 4 new central manifold locations internally, with 6 mist type, 7 deluge type and 10 wet type sprinkler systems; one new wet pipe system off of an existing external manifold; and a modification and upgrade to an existing 861 sprinkler system, with new sprinkler change out.
